Follow these steps to add a backgroud image in a folder:
1. Create a new folder and rename it as you like, e.g. "Songs".
2. Now create another folder in Songs and rename it as "Folder Settings".
3. Select the jpeg image you want and rename it as "background".
4. Now select an icon file with extension .ico from your pc and copy it any other place and rename it as "icon.ico"
(To get icon file, type .ico in windows search and you will see the icon files)
5. Copy the files "background" and "icon" and paste them in "Folder Settings".
6. Now you have to do some coding work. Copy and paste this code in notepad.

7. Now save the file as "desktop.ini" in the folder "Songs".
8. Now right click on the folder "Songs" and click on properties.
9. Click on 'Customize'.
10. Click on 'Choose Picture'.
11. Open the file "background.jpg" from the folder "Folder Settings". (You recently pasted the file background.jpg in the "Folder Settings" folder)
12. Now click on 'Change Icon' and open the file "icon.ico" from "Folder Settings".
13. Now open the folder "Songs" and you can see the background image in it.
NOTE:
1. If you want to change the background picture of folder, just rename any jpg picture file as "background" and paste it in "Folder Settings" folder.
2. Keep a folder with background as a sample and copy paste it and get more folders by changing "background.jpg" file.
