Q: What is Garena Enery?
A: Garena Engery (GE) is an online credit system, in which you can accumulate credits, i.e. GE while staying online. If you become inactive longer than a threshold period of time, your GE will gradually decrease.
Q: How does Garena Energy work?
A: An active user on Garena Plus will gain 1 GE credit every 5 minutes staying online. The maximum number of GE credits the user can accumulate depends on the user's Garena Plus Level. The higher the level, the more credits the user is permitted to gain as an upper limit.
However, if the user stays offline for longer than 24 hours, GE will decrease at a rate of 1 GE credit per 20 minutes. If the user signs in within a particular 24-hour period, then there will be no GE deduction for that period. GE will never go to negative.
Q: What can Garena Energy be used for?
A: Garena Energy can be used to redeem in-game items of Garena games. If the user uses GE to redeem one or more in-game items, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the current GE balance.
Q: How can we redeem in-game items?
A: You need to log in to Garena GE Redemption website at http://energy.garena.com/ to redeem the in-game items. You can click the Redeem button under the in-game item you like and follow the procedures shown in the popped up window to complete the redemption.
